Great value for the cost. Rooms are average size but they’re clean and beds are comfortable. The location is cool too, lots of fun stuff to do in the design district. Try Ascension Coffee and Pie-Tap both are close by. Also if you’re in Dallas for work it’s not a bad spot to commute to Irving or Downtown.

I believe the employee I chatted with at the front desk was named Josh – super helpful guy and displayed excellent customer service skills.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. An indoor sauna or hot tub would have made things perfect. All in all, good experience. Kevin, at the front desk, is awesome. Your evening hotel shuttle driver is super friendly but a little scattered. She forgot about me at the 7/11 and openly admitted it and her driving was a bit….. erratic. Overnight desk staff was friendly, especially the gal who is also an elementary teacher by day. The lady who cleaned my room was a pro. Rooms are a bit warm and the thermostat is a little hard to operate. Great restaurants within walking distance. Hotel restaurant has a pretty decent a.m. breakfast buffet.

I have stayed at this hotel for many years. What happened? No more Hilton Honors rooms and the rooms have been stripped. No clock, makeup mirror, king pillows, paper, pens, bath products totally cheap now, wow. The digital key wouldn't work so they gave my room away. Parking additional for everyone. Breakfast buffet used to be fabulous. They had to remake mine 3 times because the cooking person could not remember to leave out the cheese from the omelet. It used to be amazing. I will say the restaurant servers are fabulous! I am sadly now looking for a new regular hotel and I have a showroom in Dallas so I am there a lot.

Rooms are ok. The main bed was comfortable enough, but the room had a musty damp feel to it. The pullout bed was not comfortable at all, my daughter had to catch up on sleep in our bed after I got up. Towel service has to be requested, an unfortunate down side of COVID. Also this courtyard does not offer free breakfast like many other Courtyards. The location served us well to get to the convention center. Just 8mins by car.

I recently had an issue with one of my hotel bookings. My case was sent to Christa, who is the hotel manager. Not only did she rectify the situation for me extremely quickly, but she was very kind, considerate, courteous, and professional. This is the kind of service I appreciate as a status member. Rooms were very modern, bed was cozy, nice bar and perfect location especially if you're needing to be near the hospital. The staff were superb 👌 especially one man working the bar but unfortunately I didn't get his name 😕 for the price you can't go wrong and this will definitely be our go to hotel when we're visiting Dallas!! 💯💯

Literally loved this place! The rooms were so nice with a beautiful layout. The balcony was a nice touch in the bedroom. Breakfast was a good selection. They had a pool table not too far from the bar where me and my boyfriend were able to play a round while enjoying our drinks. Overall a nice hotel with great service.

The room was clean which to me is most important. The thing about the room I didn’t like was the restroom has no vent. The towels didn’t look very clean. The noise from freeway was loud but I was so tired I still slept. If I would of known thou I would of brought some ear plugs. The pillows are too soft.

Now, if I had chosen this hotel for the amenities then I would of been very disappointed.

It can’t be that difficult to fix the ice machines, clean the pools, fix the hot tub and clean the outside patio a bit. If you get all this corrected you could get 4 stars from me.

Also, parking is just too much per night but whatever, I knew this before booking.

Needless to say I won’t stay here anymore because we do like enjoying the pool and outdoor patios when we travel. There’s other choices.

I am very disappointed in my stay here. I convinced all of my friends to stay here for an event we were all going to and we spent over $700 for our stay not including the $100 charged for incidentals. They were supposed to have an indoor outdoor pool and hot tub. This was a big selling point for us. Well the hot tub was anything but hot. The pool was dirty and closed off on the outside. Our shower head was leaking the entire stay, the never replenished our toiletries and other supplies. The front desk staff was very friendly when we spoke with them and that was the only redeeming quality. Now, at the end of the stay my card was charged an extra $330+ and when I called to ask about the charge they had no explanation. They refunded me and it took almost a week to get it. Fine. I assume my terrible experience is over.. nope. Today (almost 2 weeks after my stay) I wake up to another random $432 charge to my card! I called again and was told they weren’t sure why I was charged and then she says it’s because of a pet! I didn’t have a pet in the room. I had my medical alert service animal with me which was stated at check in. I reported the charge as fraud and will never be staying with a Sheraton Hotel ever again. Save yourself the trouble and money. Stay at the Holiday Inn.

This was such a beautiful hotel! We were just there Thanksgiving week for a wedding – which was also held at the hotel's Grand Ballroom (so nice!). Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Upon check-in, they were very accommodating to our room change request, which we really appreciated. The rooms were clean and spacious. We loved the whole vibe and atmosphere of the hotel, and really enjoyed hanging out at the lobby! Would definitely recommend it!

So disappointing. I used to love the Anatole, either for a trip to the state fair or just a fun weekend trip relaxing in the hotel. I don’t know if the quality was ruined by Covid but I will be going elsewhere in the future. The room was small and musty. The bed was as hard as a rock and the 4 pillows immediately deflated. I had softer and thicker linens in basic training. The hot water took about 10 minutes and the tub held water as I showered. We didn’t notice until checkout that the previous guests dirty socks were still in the closet. Was our room even cleaned? Our first waiter at the Media grill seemed to be inconvenienced by our presence and I had to actually tell him that my husband would also like to order a drink. Although we did go to bed early since we weren’t having as much fun as our last visit; we weren’t planning to be awoken at 6am by the alarm clock that we didn’t set. During checkout the next morning we expressed our concerns to the front desk guy who said “yeah we’re remodeling soon”. But do the rooms get cleaned? Does the plumbing get fixed?

The lobby and conference rooms are lovely and the service is wonderful. The rooms are getting dated and are not well taken care of. My room had many preventable, obvious cleaning and maintenance issues including a very obvious smear of fresh blood on the bed skirt (see pictures). I was able to avoid that side of the bed, but if they're letting that kind of thing slide, what else is not being cleaned? To their credit, a big group had just left, but this facility should be equipped to maintain basic sanitation given its size, ratings, and supposed prestige.

My stay was excellent because the hotel staff was really nice. When I check in the process was very fast and efficient. My room was ready for me as I was super tired from a long flight. I got to my room is it was very clean and very comfy bed. The area is very quiet so I was able to sleep. Thank you very much for making my stay unforgettable. I will definitely will come back to this hotel on my next visit to Dallas.

Place isn’t bad at all. There is a Denny’s across the street if you want breakfast. Room was decent, but the alarm randomly went off at 2 AM, and I thought it was the smoke alarm! Another minor inconvenience was not being able to charge my phone due to the lights being turned off. It’s close enough to Downtown Dallas, which is very convenient. Staff was also friendly and willing to help 🙂

So we had delays coming in due to traffic and accidents. We finally arrive at almost 2am. Never in 19 yrs of working in hotels have we ever asked a guest for their pin number when checking them in. I understand that covid has brought on many changes and as a former night auditor, I am also aware of after hours safety. With that in mind I am astonished that this establishment is ill equipped to protect their guests safety and security with the proper hand held machine that transfers and allows guest to enter their own pin. After going in circles with what seemed in the moment to be a scam (will follow up with bank asap) we finally checked in. I always check everything by habit. One of the beds had a spider on the sheets. All I can do is shake my head. These hotels really need to do better.

I really like their breakfast! They even have mini quiche and True Moo chocolate milk! I've never stayed at a hotel that offers chocolate milk at breakfast. I absolutely loved it, and their pool was beautiful and clean. I would definitely stay here again. 🙂

Apps on TV, connect your YouTube and Prime. Complimentary movie channel that included OnDemand movies. TV was a bit small.
Tiny sink area. The counter extended too far from the mirror.
Very good breakfast options, especially for earlier diners. Not enough meat or eggs to last the entire breakfast service period. The coffee/tea/juice service area was small. The attendant did a good job keeping up with the refills of things that needed refilled.
If you don't want to hear live music, request a room on the side that faces the other hotel on this complex of hotels.
There's a microwave near the front desk. Frozen food options in the small shop.

Very thin walls. I could hear everything next door. The neighbor next to me had his alarm go off for an hour that kept me up from 6am. I know it was a man because after he finally got up, he made a phone call and I was able to hear his whole conversation. The floor shook when the people next door walked around. The property needed a lot of tlc. I will give kudos to the young gentleman at the desk that helped my daughter with a paper she needed printed before her flight. We are grateful for that.

This spot is truly outstanding! I haven't experienced a bad menu item, or poor service in my countless visits. There are so many hidden treasures on their beer menu, you really should get the flight of beers to sample a little bit of everything. I would also encourage you to sit on the back patio so you can fully enjoy the culinary experience you will soon embark upon!
Brought my sisters in for this spot before a concert and we were not disappointed.

Definitely worth trying. Went with my niece for a Sunday brunch. I do suggest you make a reservation if you want to sit at a table, otherwise there is plenty of self serve seating in the bar area.

I had the chicken and waffles which was very good. The chicken was well seasoned and the waffles were light and tender. My niece had the French Toast sandwich with seasoned potatoes, she said it was delicious. We topped the meal off with a classic carafe of mimosas, brunch complete.

The atmosphere is very laid back and comfortable, the service was good and our server was pleasant and accommodating. I would like to go back and try other selections.

Went here for Brunch for a bridal party. The service, food, atmosphere, was a 10/10. Only 1 of the girls had been here & we all said we'd come back! I did have a mini panic attack when I pulled into the tiny parking lot, then saw complimentary Valet (plus they take cards) so I was immediately relieved! It was cold & this was a perk! Overall, great experience!

It was wonderful. We’ve been to the one in California before and we were so happy to come to this one! The show was amazing and I loved seeing the positive interactions between riders and horses. The food was excellent, mom had the vegetarian meal and I had the regular meal. Our server was kind and answered all our questions. They have nonalcoholic and alcoholic beverages and fun souvenirs! We went to celebrate my Mom’s birthday and she was happy to receive a beautiful carnation from the Blue Knight. You may need to budget ahead for it but it is well worth it! Give somebody the gift of an experience instead of another “thing.”

Great family outing. Food was good and in larger portions. Soda was a little flat but carbonation was probably introduced into Pepsi around 1600 so it seems historically accurate. Show was enjoyable for all. Everyone was glad we went. Definitely a must do if you have a chance.

It's worth every penny IMO! My picky eating 10-year-old devoured the chicken and has since mentioned she's craving chicken. She also had a few sips of the tomato bisque soup, which is a win for us. We chose the VIP packet and think it's worth simply for the pictures. We didn't need the extra cake and I think you
can get a great view of the arena pretty much anywhere you sit TBH. The pictures included with our packet came out great. The show lasts about 2 hours and my 10 and 13-year-old smiled and cheered all throughout so I think they found it entertaining. I was impressed with how well the servers handle the heavy trays of food and how much work is put into a show like that. Think about the fact that the knights are riding horses that have to be trained and handled during the show and they're doing some dangerous stunts during the “fights”. So much work goes into that. They deserve so much respect and recognition.

First time there and I can highly recommend this place! Great spot and great happy hours.I had a wonder time there. Been a while since I been out to a laid back spot with no kids. Great place if you want to get lost and have some fun with drinks and food. I highly recommend! Pool tables and bowling!!! Nice patio area to chill!

Our event was a huge success primarily due to the time our team met with Ms. Elba Guzman in the planning and coordinating everything from the lanes, pool tables, set up for the food and drinks, and just overall hospitality. Our organization was pleased entirely and bragged about the quality and taste of the wings!! We plan to be back in the future!! Thanks Bowlounge for showing us a great time!!

The food is pretty good and the portions are very generous.

The wings are definitely some of the better ones you can get, but they do pack some heat.

The only complaint I have is if it gets busy, ordering food can be chaotic with everyone trying to get the cashier's attention.

Scottish Rite is such a wonderful hospital located in Dallas, Texas. I had the privilege of learning here as a student while completing my undergraduate education and I cannot speak highly enough of the providers, nurses, and additional team members who care for the patients here.

I think it's also important to acknowledge their kindness towards those who are learning. It has been many years since I had the privilege of being a student in this institution, but I have never forgotten how well I was treated as a novice learning the art of nursing practice. Thank you, Scottish Rite!

I have never felt so welcomed and relaxed in a hospital as we did here. They are amazing! The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The doctor spent time with us to explain the surgery our child would need, details about what to expect, care for before during and after, etc. We felt so comfortable here.

Unfortunately I have not been to this place and won't be booking either. I received a message informing me I had been picked for a session with my dog it was to come with a free 5×7 picture. Then the very next day Chelsea message me again to inform me I had been replaced. How do you win something then have the company take it back without cause. I did message her back to make sure I understood correctly but did not get a response. Very unprofessional

We did the photos in the studio with our dogs, it was nicely done and we were happy with the sitting. The issues came after we ordered our photo and did not hear from them. After we contacted them, the frame never came in, even after two attempts. They did refund us the money for the frame, but would not mail us the photo, we had to go into the office to pick it up. We ended up picking it up unframed and took it somewhere else to get framed. Poor communication and timing were the issues.

I have spent roughly $200 with them, the order took months to arrive, and when it finally did I received the wrong item. I emailed the owner but never heard back so then I decided to call and spoke with a woman who said the owner would call me back. I never received a reply to my last email, I never received a call, I never received the correct items, and I never received a refund. Do with this information what you will, but you have been warned.

Exceptional quality rugs at a very fair price. Excellent selection of styles and colors. We’ve owned many antique persian rugs over the years and this was the best shopping experience bar none. Ahmad and his assistant took the time to help my wife and I select rugs perfect for our home. We will definitely be back again!

We have loved this complex! Gorgeous floor to ceiling windows and massive floor plans- our unit had the biggest bedrooms I have ever seen in an apartment. Andrea at the leasing office is fantastic. Best experience I’ve had with a complex.

Trend Design is a beautiful property. Its a great location. Plenty of stuff to do in the area. My favorite part is they are pet friendly!! In the apartment you really do get spacious living with a very modern feel. The stainless steel appliances are definitely a nice touch. Jennifer in the leasing office is friendly and very knowledgeable, i would highly recommend taking a tour and staying here!

If good management is something you care about, this is one of the very few places where you'll be happy!
