This place is a hidden gem. Very affordable for the location but also very nice inside. Our room was great, bed was comfortable, bathroom was spacious, even had a mini fridge. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a nice little bar with a great bartender, just know it gets pretty busy in the evenings! They are also a dog friendly hotel! I will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing place not just because you get a lot for what you pay, but because of the excellent unwavering individualized service they provide you. I have frequented this hotel a few times, and Alex and Jennifer have been miraculous bending backward to make my stay comfortable. The hotel itself is clean, organized, comfortable and very quiet in this busy area of Beverly Hills. Location is excellent being close to many great restaurants and stores.

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. We spent four nights here last year and it was phenomenal from start to finish. The valet, front desk staff and room service attendants were very kind and attentive, and truly made it a five star experience. The lobby and grounds are absolutely gorgeous and don’t even get me started on room service. Every single thing we ordered was delicious and came up so fast!
It’s also in a very walkable area and close to all the fine dining and shopping. I can’t think of anything bad to say about our stay here!

Beautiful rooms, excellent service, enjoyed the restaurants and bar, nice vibe, BUT, no iron or ironing board in the rooms? Come on, as a business traveler this is a must. I don't always have an hour in the morning to call downstairs and wait for someone to bring up an iron. This hotel gives everyone a custom embroidered pillow, they should some of that energy into the basics like having an iron in every room.

I went on a date here on the roof too and it was pretty magical. Dinner was amazing and the view was beautiful. The staff were really lovely. The menu was extensive and they have a full bar. Dinner on the roof is right next to the pool which is also really pretty at night. 10/10

A true 5-star experience! The ambiance resembles Paris! Elegant & beautiful. Located at the crest of Rodeo Drive, the Beverly Wilshire is like a relic of history and beauty! The location couldn't be better for quick access to shops and high-end luxury designer stores. If you stay on site you'll be pampered and treated with the utmost care. Our 5 night stay, all members of the staff from the front desk to the spa, to poolside lounging with champagne was immaculate and exceptionally fabulous.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Beverly Wilshire and was absolutely blown away by the luxurious amenities and top-notch service. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like a VIP and my every need was anticipated and met.
The recently renovated rooms at the Beverly Wilshire are truly something special. My suite was spacious and elegantly decorated, with top-of-the-line finishes and amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had no trouble getting a great night's sleep. The bathroom was also a highlight, with a deep soaking tub and a separate rain shower.
But the real standout at the Beverly Wilshire is the service. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that every guest has the best possible experience. Whether it was booking or providing recommendations for local restaurants, the staff were always willing to go the extra mile.
Overall, my stay at the Beverly Wilshire was nothing short of incredible. If you're looking for the ultimate luxury hotel experience, look no further. The Beverly Wilshire is simply the best

Went to enjoy drinks and some live music in their lounge. The live band was great. However, I had to return my drink 4 different times because there were fruit flies in each one of my drinks. The waitress was very sweet about it but I was surprised that I wasn’t offered apologies or at the very least a free drink after kindly pointing out flies in my drink 4 different times. I expected more from a 5 star hotel.

Reception staff were so welcoming and accomodating with our early check in requirements. Mr. T.Brown who was on in the evening was a pleasure to deal with and we are so grateful to have had such a nice person working here looking after us. He kept us feeling safe and always took the time to greet us throughout our stay and stop for a chat while also recommending some nice things to do around LA. Staying here is like a home away from home and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to be able to walk everywhere and likes a relaxed vibe away from all the craziness of Hollywood. The streets surrounding are quite safe and we felt comfortable venturing out at night and walking to restaurants and supermarkets near by. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Bag storage also available at reception which was nice.

The Sixty hotel bar and restaurant have delicious food and drinks. And great entertainment! You've got to check out their jazz live band night! The vibe is relaxed and friendly; you'll be sure to catch customers dancing the wax right off the floor! My two favorite servers are Gina Davis lookalike, named Anna, and Ian. He's an incredible songwriter with lyrics that will shake your heart's chord. If you're looking for a wonderfully good time, this is the place!

Very disappointed in the size of the room; barely enough space to move around. I stayed for a weekend and the entire time one of the elevators was down for repairs. The door on the shower was too short; therefore water leaked all over the bathroom floor. I did enjoy the rooftop atmosphere; very picturesque. I would not recommended staying here; the owner should think about upgrades.

I cannot say enough positive things about this property. I was shocked I forgot to post about the wonderful stay last summer. The hotel is always in such prestige condition, and the staff provides such wonderful customer service. I gave my children the option on hotel this stay, and they both picked this one. Funny, you do not see children running around however my children noticed how attentive they were last time to even their every little need. And let me say first night was just as wonderful as our last stay, and they did not fail to go above and beyond once again. The details they pay attention to are beyond top notch! Breathtaking views and top tier service at this little gem. (;

The hotel was beautiful. I love the quiet location.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating the entire time.
Later, we had a business meeting inside the restaurant along with a fantastic meal.
The restaurant was quiet and elegant and very easy for us to all converse.
The waiters were wonderful… Giving us just the right amount of attention.
Beautiful, old school, and highly recommend it.

This hotel is phenomenal. I only tend to stay at 4 or 5 star hotels, and out of nearly all of the hotels that I have stayed at across the states, this has been by far, one of the best. Their service, the staff, the room, everything has been almost too good to be true. The only thing I have been slightly disappointed about, is that I had read all of those wonderful reviews of people raving about the cute monogrammed pillowcases. We never recieved them, and I purposely picked this hotel, because we are newly married and it would have been the sweetest thing to receive our initials on a souvenir like that. Needless to say, I haven't asked about them, it could be that they only provide them to guests who stay in the larger suites, no idea, there is no mention on their site? I will still be coming back here, we initially intended on check out and staying elsewhere for the last few days, but we love it so much that we extended our stay. The staff is polite and just so sweet and friendly. The valet gets your car ready before you even get downstairs. You get exact times for when they expect to have your room service food ready. The list could go on.

Very nice hotel. I like how the pool is visible as soon as you step into the lobby. Our room was in a separate building through an alleyway from the main hotel. It is a lovely room, super comfortable bed and soothing colors. I took a nice long bath in the tub (so happy because most hotels today only have showers) and we enjoyed the large patio.
I would definitely come back!

Was first given a room with green carpets – which was not at all how it was pictured online. Since we’re traveling with a dog, we went back to the front desk and asked for a room with hard wood flooring to prevent any mess/accidents. The front desk kindly swapped us into a room with hard wood flooring, BUT THERE ARE FECAL STAIN/RESIDUE IN THE TOILET. The toilet was also not functional and we had difficulty flushing. We went back to the front desk and they gave us the key to the first room that we checked in for us to use the bathroom. Sound proof is also non-existent in this hotel. We ended up cutting our stay here short and canceling the next 2 nights. With the price we’re paying for a suite, there are a lot of other options in the area.
Really disgusted and disappointed at this place. Fortunately front desk and hotel manager were super kind and understanding.

Solomon stands out as the most genuine, kind, and caring staff member I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. His warmth and conversation made me feel so incredibly welcomed and valued. All of the staff were lovely and made our group determine that, when we return in January, this is where we will stay. I realize, as educators, we are not the high class land “important” people who typically select to stay here. Nevertheless, we were treated as equally important as celebrities because we are PEOPLE. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality! We will see you soon, my friends :).

Staff at Mr C Beverly Hills is by far the most helpful and friendliest . Excellent service our entire stay !
Because our room was a bit late when were were checking in we were provided a complimentary meal that was beyond amazing ! Everyone from front desk agents to the sales team and the GM himself stopped by to ask if anything else could be done while were were waiting for our room. Unreal! We were blown away ! The wait was worth it! We could see the entire city from our balcony ! The rooms had that charming European feel and the live music in the lobby lounge was super!!!! Overall that was an excellent stay. Rooms were clean and we were even provided free signature drinks at check in !

What an incredible experience!!! From the second I arrived to the moment I left, I felt like I was home away from home. All of their staff went about and beyond every step of the way. Not to mention their incredible rooms over-looking LA and their chic poolside vibes will have you never wanting to leave. But the pet is their restaurant where you can indulge in some of the most scrumptious food I’ve eaten. If your considering where to stay when in Beverly Hills, look no further, this is the spot.

Very clean room. Be sure to request a room away from the elevator. Beds are moderately comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is within 30-minutes walking distance to the good restaurants and shopping. Rates are reasonable, but parking is expensive- $49 to $57 plus tax per day, depending on whether you self park or use the valet service.

Rooms are clean, but it's a very old hotel. Lobby and old elevators smell musty. The gym is way down in the basement, and you can only access it by taking the elevator on the left. Normally, I would have no issues requesting bottle water for Marriott properties with Platinum status, but staff did not give it complementary for the second day of my stay. Stay at the AC hotel, it's s much better.

I liked the location, the room and shower was nice but it was jammed the first morning I needed to shower. Also, please stock up on water through out the day as it finished when I wanted it at night. I also ended up having some weird bug bites on my body. Please check your rooms to make sure there are no bed bugs in hotel rooms

The service was perfect; not annoyingly over polite, but still very helpful. My room was actually upgraded to an executive suite at no extra cost and the room was incredible. It had a tub, shower, 2 balconies, huge couch, all that. The downstairs breakfast buffet is completely worth the cost ( not free, by the way, but completely worth it). The location is also pretty nice. My only complaint was that the bathroom is downright hideous. It needs to be remodeled in the worst way. It has peach marble tiles and counter tops that are totally outdated. The shower is also small. One note, this hotel appeals to a sort of older, high classish type of crowd, of which I do not really fit in (as a 20-something computer programmer), but they treated me well just the same.

We had a great time here. Stayed 3 nights. 16/17 floor. Great view. Spent most of our time out and was traveling with my family so didn't get to enjoy the bar, which looked lively with plenty of young professionals. Was too cold for pool, so cannot comment on that. Had room service once for breakfast, which was excellent. Staff super friendly, personable, and helpful. Parking is $38/day.

Amazing experience… a Gorgeous European styled hotel with a stunning lobby, breathtaking pool, delicious restaurant and 5 Star Service. I realized why the experience is so outstanding, it’s a family owned hotel, every aspect of the experience has been specially crafted to surround you with respect and kindness! Every employee greeted me through out the day, when I returned from meeting, I was welcomed back with a warm smile. Sam and the front desk were outstanding, constantly checking to see if I needed anything. It’s like staying with family, I extended my stay twice because I loved it so much. It was kinda sad to leave…the valets and doorman were so gracious that one even ran to the gym to retrieve my cell phone which I left accidentally. Who does that kind of caring act? Employees at the Beverly Hills Plaza Hotel and Spa do it all day long. It’s a Special Hotel with Special people working there❤️🙏😇🍾🥂🎁🎄💖🇺🇸🌍

Great value for Beverly Hills. We got a Queen Junior Suite and liked the room. The garden view was very peaceful with noise of the water fountain flowing through the garden. The bathtub was huge, which is great if you are tall. The restaurant for breakfast and coffee was good. Cons: We could hear noise through the walls of the room next store and could hear our neighbor’s TV and snoring at night. There are some stairs to get to the room, which can be a little bothersome if you have a lot of luggage. Also, we were looking forward to trying the restaurant for dinner but the chef was sick so it was closed and there is not much else close by to eat for dinner. Overall, though, it was very good for the price, and I would probably stay here again.

My email to the hotel hours before check-in requesting an early check-in was ignored. The room smells like toxic chemicals, which I only expect in lower quality motels. The gentleman who checked me in at the front desk acts like it’s an inconvenience to do his job, has the personality of a wet dish rag, extremely unfriendly, gave me absolutely no orientation on the hotel. I used to work front desk at high-end hotels in it’s not that hard to make guests feel welcome. The bedsheets are so heavily starched that my skin is itching… again something I don’t expect in a hotel of the standard. That would be more typical of a motel quality. I was sent a welcome text with hotel info four hours after I checked in. There are no robes in the room, and when I phoned for one, I was sent a robe that looks like it was just purchased at a second hand store, I wouldn’t even put this on my body. There is almost nothing vegan on the menu and the restaurant closes around 9:30 PM despite the welcome text that I got that says the restaurant was open 24 hours a day.

Out of all the hotels I have ever stayed at, this hotel is the most spotless. I love how clean the room is. I also love how cute the decor in the rooms are. They have a cute mini bar and the lobby is so stunning. I am glad I chose this hotel

Iconic Classic Hollywood. I’ve stayed here many times over the holidays and keep returning. The hotel pool is one of the loveliest, staff is kind, attentive, and enjoyed the poolside rooms. Being able to wake up early, take a dip in the pool, and enjoy a cappuccino while reading the newspaper outside my room was the highlight of each morning. In the summer/fall they play old surf movies above the pool and I have always enjoyed those. This place is pure ambiance.

Wow, this was such a nice surprise as to the quality of the hotel. I thought this would be an older property and would reflect an old feel, but it felt new fresh and awesome! The hallways were nice and wide, feeling spacious and elegant. The room was perfect size for a single room. Roomy and comfortable, the bathroom was roomy. Bigger than a standrd, but not a big as a suite, which it wasn't so that's fine. The property is so elegant, living up to the standards of Beverly Hills. So glad we stayed here and not the Hampton Inn. (Not that there's anything wrong with the HI)

I have yet to check in but I am already disappointed. I requested if I could check in early before 12NN as my flight arrives 9AM. I was immediately turned down on email by Ahmani from Guest Services without even offering a solution. He dismissed me saying I can only check in when the room is ready. No mention of what time and I am a full paying guest.
Is it too difficult to at least check the occupancy rate before dismissing me abruptly? Hello I am paying USD600 a night!
They even address me casually on a first name basis – something they will never do at the Park Hyatt or Four Seasons.
I don’t know. They need further training.

I was visiting my friend at PH17 last night. I left my car with a valet around 10 pm and got it back at 12 am. By the time I got home I've realized that a fob that gives me access to my apartment building and my apartment is missing from the keychain which was obviously lost while the valet was attaching a ticket to my keychain (completely unnecessary). Every lockout in my building is $125 and the cost of a new key is $150. When I gave a call to AKA, the front desk manager didn't even know which valet man worked during that shift, which is already a red flag – how can you not know members of your stuff? After that, they promised to give me a call today which obviously never happened. I had to make my way to Beverly Hills again to talk to another front desk manager Yasmin (Jasmine?), who couldn't say anything besides the fact that some time in the near future they will look at the security cameras (which completely doesn't make sense because how can you see a small black key fob in the middle of the night?). Neither of the managers even bothered to pretend that they're trying to help nor I could get a reimbursement for a new key I had to get from my building. A very luxury and upscale enterprise 🙂 Never coming back and please read the negative reviews about the rooms they're all true.

One of the best AMC locations. It’s big enough for two floors of theaters. The concessions areas are great and quick, especially if you’re an AMC A-List member, you’ll have a separate line. The bathrooms have so many stalls you never have to wait. The prime theater and some of the bigger ones are GREAT but I wish they had more recliner movie theaters, I often choose other locations because of this. Also heads up, sometimes getting through the ticket scan can take ages here, at peak times.

Subsequent calls placed to Schwab and requests to speak to supervising manager – “It's a waiting game right now.” (Despite multiple RECORDED ASSURANCES of my fraud claim being “expedited.” NO TIME FRAME of when an investigator will be assigned, nor when the provisional funds and/or original funds will be issued).

I have had nothing but the best experience with Charles Schwab, both at this branch and the company as a whole. Every customer service representative that I talked to here at the branch and on the phone has been incredibly kind and helpful and have made sorting out any issues I've had with my brokerage and checking account a breeze. I couldn't recommend this bank more.

They locked my account. I had to go in person to verify myself, and I still don't have access to my money for the last month.

The only good thing about this school is it's name. After attending this school for all four years. I have to say first that most of the buildings are outdated and old and infested with insects. There is widespread drug usage, and the quality of teaching is very poor. One word that best describes this school is GHETTO. The only thing that makes this school look good are the Iranian students with their nice cars. I've seen much nicer , and cleaner high schools in the South Central district of LAUSD that provide higher quality education and environment than this crap.
Also, almost all of the faculty and upper lever staff (Except for the cafeteria workers) are White while a majority of the students are Middle Eastern and African American with some Latin and Asian groups. So if you're a minority, good luck to you in trying to get upper level classes, and in finding a resolution to any problems you may have!
I want to also make it very clear, I do not know who would ever think of giving this place a “3/3” but I highly suspect that it is the BHUSD staff doing this.

Most stressful time of my life because they really prepare you for the university level. College was breeze compared to how disciplined we had to be to get through Beverly. They have every subject covered in depth. TV, communication, planetary system… you name it, they got it. Thanks to Beverly, I really haven't experienced stress since high school. They taught us how to deal with the work load and move on with life.

The school could be better. They spend about 85% of the budget in salaries and benefits for teachers instead of spending a little more on programs and infrastructure. If your address is not Beverly Hills CA, you are not welcome here.

Beautiful!
We went for Eater brunch and we had a great time. A little too crowded, you had to wait to get your food and a little chaotic the way people took turns to get the food.
Other than that we had a lot of selections to choose from. Delicious, colorful, and comforting food. The presentation was nice and good looking.
Good music, nice service and great atmosphere for a Sunday Easther.

This Macy's was more organized than other locations. We had to look hard, but we found a gift for my Suegra. If I come back to a Macy's I might come back to this one if I'm feeling up to dealing with the paid parking lot. No one in the mall wants to validate your parking except Gelson's.

What is the point of this department store anymore? Online shopping has entirely replaced the entire point of Macy's the options have been lower and lower quality over the years and the sale options aren't even decent anymore. Last time I went was for Black Friday a couple of years ago and realized never to bother going in the store anymore.

I was disappointed by their clearance section and overall what they had to offer in the men section (clothing). I guess it varies depending on the weeks. Still very clean, nice people in it, overall good experience

Great way to get anastasia eyebrows for half the price. the only problem is the chair seems to have lice or mites on it. You guys need to covid clean that chair between clients. So until then I am paying full price in BH.

Still the same old-fashioned professional, attentive service. But a different more glitz and glam, upscale atmosphere with fewer customers like the store at the Grove – and almost no sales items during the half yearly sale. A wonderful gentleman who helped us with the (EXPANDED) Express Station for online pick up items.

Curbside pickup employee Natalie went above and beyond to ensure my transaction went smoothly. She is a stellar employee. Beautiful store with plenty of sale items. Great experience!!

Decided to have brunch here before going shopping. We arrived and the line appeared a bit long. There’s no table service. You wait in line to order, grab your number and find a table. Thankfully, the line actually moved pretty quickly. And, it was fairly easy to find a table even though it appeared packed.
Our food arrived about 20 minutes later and overall we were pleased.
Everything was fresh and flavorful. The other plates coming out around us looked pretty appealing. I would definitely return to try more of the menu.

What can you say it's Urth Cafe. Consistent quality, good portions. Coffee is great, all cup sizes are generous. Waffles are a must have. Seating inside and outside. Fresh orange juice is amazing. Highly recommend.

It’s a nice place for brunch! The meals here are sooo great. We had corn waffles and curry chicken sandwiches. And I recommend the smoothies. These are not sweet but delicious! You can taste the pure flavor from fruits! And I think the prices are reasonable. You might wait for a while, but it’s totally worth it!
