I've had several appointments with Chris from Rocket Plumbing and have been very satisfied with both the quality of work and the friendliness/helpfulness of the team. First issue we had was a busted and leaking garbage disposal, Chris installed a nice new one in about an hour and replaced the old pipe. He came back again to address a leaking bathroom sink. As you can see by the image, hydro jetting, while serving the same function as snaking or rootering, is superior to those alternatives. Both snaking and rootering often leave material on the inside pipe wall that will collect more sewage, and eventually become a clogged drain all over again. The hydro jet makes the inner wall of the pipe like new, clear of any obstruction or even material that can become a new clog.

Chris came by to fix a drainage problem and to take a look at our hot water heater. The hot water heater we had was old and not in good working condition. He suggested that we get a new one he gave me an estimate I approved and Chris immediately went to work and replace our hot water heater. Everything was fine until another tenant called with a drainage problem in her kitchen this time it was an overnight job. I called Chris in the middle of the night and he was there on a Saturday around 9:30 am. Then another issue in a different unit occurred again while he was still fixing the clogged kitchen sink he went to work on that unit as well. Chris was extremely polite.
