I came here this past weekend for the first time. I was shocked that the admission was for free and that they only suggest giving a small donation ($5 for individual and $10 for a couple). This museum is absolutely fantastic. The place is clean, including the bathrooms and the displays are so well maintained. Some of the exhibits were closed as well as the gift shop, but I saw a good amount of displays while I was there. The one exhibit that stood out and really hit close to home since I am from Brooklyn, NY was the World Trade Center exhibit. I don't think anyone can look at those displays and not want to shed a tear about what had happened on 9/11/2001. They have some really interesting pieces, including the original flag that was on top of one of the towers. I also really enjoyed the Birds of New York exhibit. I never realized we have so many feathered friends flying all around us. Overall, this is a great museum for any age and a wonderful look into the history of New York State. I will definitely come back again!

What a gem. It's actually quite massive – we were there for a couple of hours and only got to see half. Maybe even less. The 9/11 exhibit is detailed and quite emotional- I couldn't even take any pictures. There are exhibits on various eras that are detailed and well documented. Even if you don't want to read so much, they are wonderfully well put together. You don't have to follow any chronology, but it's set up so that you can if you want to. Really well thought out and lets you really appreciate our state. Note: its free to visit. We did not have to reserve time slots online either. The people at the front desk are super helpful. Outside, there are some wonderful memorials as well, and the space is lovely, you can sit and reflect for a few minutes.

I've always loved museums for the New York State prison into something to do during covid-19 you had before that so many interesting things I still haven't been the whole place the bad thing is they close down the gift shop that sucks. I really should reopen it maybe a couple of days a week they don't have to be open all the time it's going to be missed they had so many neat things in there gift ideas and knowledgeable stuff to have it oh yeah thanks for somebody that actually lied to our country so many things have gone down the tubes on freaking believable at least the museum still remains open to the public you have to wear a mask

Absolutely wonderful! We stayed overnight and the room we reserved was the “kitchenette studio” and it
was immaculate and so very quaint and comfy. Chuck, the proprietor was very welcoming and gave us all the information we needed regarding the building's history, our room, the surrounding area and the many restaurants we could choose from. Next time we'll stay longer and I must say, this is definitely one of our top 5 stays overall, and we've been to many places. Needless to say we were very pleased overall!!!!

On january 5th 2022 i was in a car accident.. my first one i had to deal with alone… When I say this rental facility helped me more than my own insurance company is an understatement… From start to finish (today april 8th 2022) they were patient and help me get the lowest rental fee they could… never once did they try to price gauge me and they could have or talk down to me… because i am not rich and work paycheck to paycheck… if i ever for whatever reason myself or a family member or friend need a rental car i will 100% send them to this location.. Thank you for all your help when I was going through crisis mode.

Great restored performance hall. It's always cool going to old venues, the combination of great acoustics and building detail not made or seen very often anymore. Just be aware there isn't an elevator so seats above ground level might be hard to get to for some.

Good sound system, seats are comfortable. Have to admit not the best of you're super thick like I am. But still a great place to see a show. Saw Primus doing A Tribute to Kings!

Wonderful theatre with beautiful decor. Seating is very comfy. Easy to find and clean. The parking garage is down the street and can be a bit tough to get into because of its location.

The Egg at the Empire State Plaza's Center for the Performing Arts in Albany, NY is an excellent venue for music. The Hart Theatre at the Egg seats 982 people and are graduated so that seats in front of us were unobstructed… Not a bad seat in the house. We sat center and we could see very well. Just a great night!

Often have good performances here, including a dance series. Saw Pilobolus dance and quite enjoyed it. Main theater is comfortable with good sight lines from almost all seats. Convenient but $10 parking under plaza.

Great venue! Bit off an odd entrance, you go down an escalator just to walk through check point to go back up an elevator, but I imagine it's for crowd control. The seats are a bit snug (and I'm a pretty small lady) but the layout is very nice. Very small concession options but that's to be expected given how unexpectedly small the venue is once you get in.

Much needed upgrade over the previous location. Decent local concert hall. Only gripe is the rudeness of some of the staff that I've experienced on a couple occasions.

We used this bank for estate account and were NOT impressed with the level of training or knowledge of staff.
There were issues with security if account that our CPA uncovered. Staff was unprofessional and not helpful.
We certainly have the names of the employees involved but don’t want to blame one individual.
This bank certainly gets an F when it comes to risk management and employee training as they acknowledged that they missed ‘ a red flag.
Certainly would not recommend this bank for estate or other fiduciary matters.
Personally, based on personal observations, employees need much much training especially ..compliance and risk management.
