Convenient to Impact Athletic center, friendly staff, reasonable rate. Rooms were sufficient and clean. Not too fancy. Breakfast was good with hot selections. Cinnamon buns were awesome!!! They even opened breakfast a little early for us on a Saturday to accommodate for our kids' early tournament start at the athletic center. Great restaurant right next door, too.

At a glance,this place is great.Pros- Nice parking lot, right next to a delicious pub. Kid friendly. Nice staff. Pool is great sized,rooms great size. Clean. Cons, our bathtub didn't drain or turn on and off without a lot of work. Even my husband struggled . We only stayed for one night,so we didn't complain. The pool area was decent. The pile of dirty towels were there when we arrived and still there when we left. No towels replenished our whole visit. We had to go to the front desk multiple times for towels for our kids,as well as other guests did the same. Breakfast was delicious,nice sitting area. Overall a nice stay. I would stay again.

I’ve been calling for a week about hundreds of dollars of team gear left in one of their rooms after a regatta weekend. Not a single person has helped me. Three have told me management would call me back, no one has.

One of our athletes was also stuck waiting for their room to be cleaned until 11:30pm before they could stay in it.

The room the gear was left in also had not been cleaned as of 9pm the night of check out.

During our stay, large groups of people were hosting a party in the lobby which split up into loud groups across the first two floors, making massive amounts of noise right in front of the rooms of our doors until after midnight. We had to ask them to stop, the hotel staff did nothing. All they did was move floors and continue to be loud in front of other rooms.

After booking exclusively with this hotel chain our team will be looking elsewhere now. You have to wonder how staff are being treated to perform this poorly.

The hotel and room were perfect. The staff were what made this hotel exceptional. Hotel staff are generally pleasant and helpful but these guys took it to the next. Kudos to the staff and management. You're doing something different than everyone else and it's working.

Clean rooms and a good breakfast about the only thing you could ask for would be extra waffle makers! Our rooms did have an issue with the bathroom sink not draining very well and I believe it was a drain line issue because the toilet wouldn't flush very well either. At one point the toilet was completely plugged and a call to the front desk got the front desk worker to drop off a plunger but he said he was by himself for the night and could not help us. So he left us with a plunger to fix our room ourselves. That said, I still would leave four stars.

The was a beautiful hotel. Used for conferences, weddings, etc. The have many large rooms to accommodate your needs. The pool is beautiful and up kept as well as the gym. The staff was super pleasant and helpful. There is also a restaurant and connection to the mall which houses a Sky Zone, Regal movie theatre, GameStop, Claire's, and a few other things. Most of the stores moved out into the Strip Mall section which is just a walk outside. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Nicely decorated for a relaxing time. Will certainly stay here again if the need arises.

Excellent Hilton property. Very well laid out and furnished. Really feels like home.

Within close proximity to quite a lot.

Staff is always friendly and caring.

Hotel property is very well kept, clean, neat, tidy.

There is a bar/restaurant downstairs and the service is also awesome.

Breakfast option is available in the morning for around $12 which is the price of getting a coffee and sand which on the road. Selection is great and worth the $12.

When you pair an awesome hotel with an awesome bar in it you just get awesomeness.

We had our daughters Sweet 16 celebration at the Hilton Garden Inn Clifton Park. Our friends and family are still talking about it! Everything was perfect thanks to Carol and her team. She made sure our vision and expectations came to life. Carol answered all of our questions and came through with all of our requests. Our out-of-town guests were happy they were staying at the same place as the venue and told us their rooms were clean and spaciousness. The food at the event was very good and reasonably priced. An additional shout-out to Jasmin, she was a server there that night & was also present during breakfast the next day. Thank you for being so kind to us and our guests. Our overall experience was a great one and my family and I would highly recommend this Hilton location for your event needs.

Housekeepers are very friendly and see to your needs. Always greet you with a friendly smile. Rooms are thoroughly clean and comfy. Great continental breakfast. Front desk staff are excellent .And even the GM is totally cool. Everyone has an awesome sense of humor. Always full of smiles for quests.

It wasn’t terrible but you get what you pay for. Booking was easy and when checking in, the front desk clerk was incredibly helpful and nice. The hotel is pretty quiet minus the middle of the night banging on my door. Kids playing pranks maybe. Room was okay. Bathroom was not the cleanest and it had no ventilation which is a code violation. Also, if you are someone who cares about your health and wearing masks this is not the place for you. Most staff were not wearing masks or wearing them in a way that they are essentially useless. If it doesn’t bother you then go for it. To each their own. Location is good. Plenty of places within walking distance and at most a couple minutes driving. I personally will not stay there again.

We were very disappointed with our visit today. We were purchasing bark mulch and while the price was awesome, there was no way to purchase the mulch that was on sale online for pick up. The clerk did offer to have someone help us load our 20 bags, but we waited 10 minute and no one came. We are so grateful to a complete stranger that was not an employee of Home Depot that offered to help us load when he saw us struggling.

As a student, i hated it here. Bullying is a norm as well as social clicks. Administration is uncaring and harsh. Drug dogs come all the time this year. Heroine and painkillers are sold daily. I skipped a year just so i don't have to deal with Shen anymore. It was the worst school i went to in my life and i went to over 8 of them!

I wish i could give this skoole sicks stars, just to counterakt all the h8turz. It tawt me so much. i found mi lifes purpose, i found mi famlee. I especilly njoyed english class. 10/10 no 11/10 rekommend. The stoodent body is overall vairy welcoming, don't lissten to the h8turz, this is not a demonic skoole. Shen students have access to vairy accomodating therapy dogs. I woodent give thee food 5 starz, but i wood give it at leasst 4.8. My faveorite is thee chickN patdee. I met mi best freend at shen. She dose mild drugs but thatz okay becuz no bullying is allowed. we do nott xclood. GANGRENE NATION!!!!!!

I've been reading all the past reviews and most of them seem like students having to deal with unfortunate encounters with other students or teachers (“my bff got rape”d) (“hate-filled school”). Things like that you can come across in almost any large public school, and I don't believe these opinions give a true representation of the quality of this school, and I am here to do just that.

I myself an a sophomore at Shen who just moved here from the other side of the country, and I must admit my first impressions weren't so great. My first day of school I didn't get any student guide or any guidance from faculty and found myself scrambling around the maze of hallways looking for my classes that sometimes ended up being on the opposite end of the school. Fortunately all my teachers were very nice and I was able to make friends quickly. Now I do agree that bullying and social clicks are a normality here at Shen, but honestly I've found that avoiding that unnecessary drama has worked out well, and keeping a positive outlook on things has helped greatly. The only real complaint I have is that they do offer less of a variety of advanced classes than other schools in the area, so if that's what you are worried about I suggest trying Niskayuna or Shaker. Athletes definitely thrive here at Shen, as their athletics program excels in all sports, constantly winning against neighboring schools and taking home many trophies.

Overall, if you are into academics and high grades and colleges I suggest you look into other schools because although Shen is good, I have reason to believe other schools are better. If you aren't so much geared towards those high-level AP classes and enjoy athletics then Shen will definitely be the place for you.

I went to the Clifton Park Mall at Sephora 2 nice associates helped me assoc 0940 helped me so much I love my born this way foundation and concealer she matched me to a tee very helpful and knowledgeable I love the origins cleanser , moisturizer , eye cream along with other much needed goodies. So so happy you made my day. The other associate helped me with Dior and Gucci cologne for my sons. Excellent customer service keep up what you do it really made me feel special !!

I just went to this location to return a perfume I purchased myself. I called before I drove there to explain it was an online purchase and that I used my Sephora credit card and was told I can get a store credit but not a refund to my card. I was fine with that because I didn’t want to drive all the way to colonie with my kids. When I got there I was told because I didn’t have a receipt I couldn’t get a credit back when I showed my email receipt and order number with my id and credit card info. Two different girls said to me then finally the person I spoke to on the phone came and did a override and gave me the store credit also after first telling me shouldn’t couldn’t do it even tho I spoke with her on the phone. I didn’t even get the full refund back apparently mechanicville tax and Clifton park tax percentage is different but I should of got my entire refund I had everything right there in my email and on my Sephora card. I honestly felt like I was being treated like a thief they asked me again and again for my ID and my email to show my order. Like seriously???? Will never shop here again after I redeem the store credit.

I was at the Clifton Park office. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was in and out within 45 minutes for an extraction. The office staff was very polite and compassionate. Very efficient. Dr. Gelfman was wonderful. I did not have sedation and he made sure I had enough local to not feel pain. I didn't even realize he had it out he did it so fast. He was kind and explained everything. I would suggest him and this office to anyone. Special thanks to Stephanie livreri. You are awesome

Easy to find on google maps . About a 2 1/2 week wait before my appointment. The Receptionist was pleasant and made sign in easy. I filled out papers and waited for about 10 minutes , 3 other people before me . I had a broken tooth to be pulled .ExRays were first and done quickly. Everything was explained by the assistant thoroughly before the Dr came in. Payment made in the room easily done . The talk , numbing, pulling , all went better than I expected! Thank you Dr, one and all ! I was out in 2 hours!
All in all , if I have to do it ever again, this is where I will go again.

I have been to a lot of places that have pulled teeth, but nothing compared to this place. I got my first intial appointment within 1 week, which was shocking with all the Covid. Then I came back 2 weeks later to have two teeth pulled. I was in and out within 20 minutes. The dentist was quick in pulling my teeth out, even though my roots gave him a challenge. He made sure that I was comfortable at all times. The office staff was amazing and I can't tell you enough that they have such an amazing bed side manner along with professionalism. They let my finance come in the beginning to help me with my paperwork. I am a very pleased patient and I would most definitely recommend this place to go for any tooth or teeth that have to be pulled. Thank you to all.

Fresh clean and delicious. Thought it was gonna be one of those whole in the wall cheap it out kind of sushi place but it by far the best thing I ate out here so far. And spicy tofu was on point. Only thing wish the workers would try the food to have an insight of what's good and etc. Oh well roll the dice and it was all worth it. Mochi wasn't worth it. Tasted like it's been sitting for months on end only reason I gave a 4 star

So I cannot put into words how much I enjoyed everything from walking in the door to enjoying my sub. The Italian mix sub I got a not only delicious, but was ready super fast! The woman who made my food was sweet as pie and honestly may be one of the nicest most informative people I've talked to in the food industry. It really seemed like she enjoyed doing her job and I just can't say enough good things about this place/staff, it's going to be my new regular lunch spot for sure!

TL;DR – Eat here, it's delicious and the staff absolutely rocks!
