ram tours are back! Explore the park history from the comfort of our electric tram.
Join a ranger or volunteer on a ride through the park to learn about the history and ecology that makes Goose Island unique. We'll take a casual ride on our tram through the park and up to historic Big Tree. There will be opportunities to get out and look around.

Bring: Water, weather appropriate clothing, binoculars (not required, but we'll see wildlife and you may want a closer look!)

Accessibility: Accessible to most. Call Ranger Sara with questions on accessibility.
Capacity: We can accommodate up to 9 visitors. Each row can hold 3 people, so you may be seated next to another visitor.
Note: No pets are permitted on the tram.
FYI:
– Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the program.
– Program is free with park entrance ($5/person, children 12 & under are free) or Texas State Parks Annual Pass.
– Program may be cancelled if no participants are present within 10 minutes of the start time, or in the case of inclement weather.
– No pets permitted on the tram.
