Thanks to Cheryl from Texas (I assume Winters, TX.) for making our moving experience great! We had to move out of a rental in June before we had a job, so we didn’t know where we would be going permanently. UPack was the best option after looking at the competitors’ bad reviews due to leaks, mold, etc. We got movers to load the trailer, and it was stored in Wausau, WI, until we moved to Abilene, TX, and had it brought to our new house to be unloaded. Cheryl took care of us, getting the trailer to our house with perfect timing. Also, thanks to the driver, Kenneth, who brought the trailer out and then picked it up after we emptied it. He explained everything and answered all my questions.

The drivers were very friendly and it was hassle free. My only negative is the trucks were dirty, which is expected but the truck must’ve got wet because there was water rust on some of our things. Overall it was very easy.
