After searching all over Houston I found a great car at Sterling McCall. It's such a crazy time to buy a car, so many dealership don't even have cars on their lots, and others want you to pay a “market adjustment” fee of up to 6k. That being said there were no surprise fees and the dealership sold me the car at an excellent price.

Esther was my sales person and did an excellent job. We were in and out quickly and they even filled up the gas tank! Thank you, we will definitely be back for our next cars.

Broderick is very courteous, professional and informative…did I forget to say how nice he is? My wife and I were very well taken care of. Comfortable atmosphere and constant communication. Will definitely be looking forward to working with Broderick again. 10 out of 10 for customer service!!!

As soon as I walked in I was helped immediately, they really take care of their customers!! Andy especially, he kept updating on what was going on and what needed to be fixed he was friendly and very helpful! I didn’t get the mechanic’s name but he was very helpful and nice as well! This was by far the best I have ever been treated at a dealership 10/10 service!!! Thank you again!!

Fast and quality automatic carwash. You can choose of 3 options, 10$, 12$ and 14$. It also has an air pump nearby that accepts ??. It would be nice to have a vacuum too.

Consistent performer. Good value for the price and always friendly staff. Nice restrooms, too, especially when you need them. Gets busy at times on some days of the week, but they warn you in advance of the delay, so you can cut out and head elsewhere or just go thru the exterior wash by yourself.

I cannot say enough about Mr. car wash! Their service is always impeccable. The quality of the product they use in my car are awesome. And the staff, truly that is where the magic is. I was actually rear ended once by someone backing up to have their tag read I guess they pull too far forward, when they tried to go through the automated system. Anyway the woman tried to get away from it and drove forward as if she hadn’t hit me and she was going to leave straight through after her car wash. But the staff at the other end make sure she couldn’t get through. And then she had to wait for me come through behind her. Her insurance covered paid everything because Mr. car wash even provided the video footage of her backing into me and not me pulling forward into her as she had claimed. I will forever be a missed your car wash van they go above and beyond, every, single, time!
