We wanted to try JuiceLand while we were in Texas and came across this location on our walk. They weren't that busy so we were able to get our order and get back to the walk in a reasonable time. They also offered us a sample of their matcha latte since they changed the recipe. I absolutely loved it and would order that next time.
I can't remember which smoothie my husband got but I want to say it was the Vegetable Collective. He did enjoy his smoothie. I ordered the berry godmother and it was tasty.
The overall experience was nice and they have a lot to choose from. 5 stars!

I could never say enough good things about this Juice Bar!!! After a long bike ride I now feel as if this is my reward Too Myself. I cant say this enough…as I get older, the way We As Human Beings Treat Each Other…(Is Everything.) The staff is young & really kind. I always have another hour or so to finish up my ride & they are always willing to fill my water bottle: with a smile to keep me hydrated! ☺✌🏾🦋
If you have time go give it try! 👍🏽❤

Being a daily juicer, finding a quality juice spot is on top of my list especially while traveling. I went to the one of 5th (it was the stand, no sit-in) and the guy at the counter was so kind and welcoming. This location has such a disconnected energy. There was a brunette, blonde and red hair – all females – and none welcoming. They were talking about a man that came in asking for a straw.. just very unprofessional.
I’m giving a three star simply for JuiceLand as a brand – one star for this specific location. Also, I’m confident they do not juice on the spot.. it didn’t taste fresh and I juice everyday.. you can see they have containers filled with juice behind the counter, too.. they don’t juice apples and use apple juice (it does have sugar) and my juice has spinach in it yet, as you can see in the picture, that is not fresh juice. Not bright, very pale green.. I asked and she said they usually juice on the spot..
Either way, I would give it a try for your own opinion. Definitely will be back to JuiceLand just not this location. Thank you, JuiceLand!

Sooooo gooooood! The Rocky Road Shake was amazing. I love alot of toppings and it was chalk full of chocolate, marshmallows, nuts, and sweet goodness. You can choose between coconut or soy soft serve. My burger was so stacked I could hardly finish. Loved the BBQ sauce, sweet and tangy. Service was quick. It's pricey but a nice splurge for your cravings.

BEST. BURGER. EVER. I’m basically a plant-based burger connoisseur, so this is quite the statement for me to make! I got the Beer Cheese Burger (minus the sauerkraut) and it was so freakin good!! I also loved their fried (very crispy!!) and their Earth Day milk shake (birthday cake flavor) was delicious! My three kids loved their kids meal burgers and I wish more than anything that our Whole Foods had a Next Level Burger !!

I got the American burger with pepper jack and tater tots. Wow this place is good! The beyond meat patty is thick and seasoned well. The tater tots are crispy and taste like actual potatoes. I highly recommend coming here if you’re vegan!
I will say the service is incredibly slow. We were shopping around Whole Foods so luckily it didn’t bother us but even after we finished shopping, our food wasn’t ready.

It's one of the places where you don't have to feel as guilty about eating out. Really fresh ingredients and nutritious. The ancient grains bowl was Soo delicious and flavorful, mix of different texture! Highly recommend if you're vegan to get it. They have rotating seasonal menus, so you can come back another time to try out their new dishes next season. Servers are very friendly. Good vibes.

Absolutely delightful. Our waitress Nadia gave us good recommendations and great service!
Food was exceptionally healthy and delicious too. The double veggie burger was outstanding. The other standout was the squash pie with coconut whipped topping (see picture).
The squash pizza was great, as was the ancient grains bowl. Good drinks too! Limited beer selection but the Dogfish Head IPA was good!

True Food Kitchen downtown Austin is great, better than the one in the Domain, I’d say. They have a nice patio and that’s where we sat for brunch. Tyler did a great job with our large party. The food has great flavor and is fresh. My go to has been the pizza. I want to try the bone broth chicken noodle soup next time. Go check it out!!

We’ve had lunch at Flower Child several times now and always seem to choose the same entrée (turkey avocado Cobb salad) because we love it so much!! The menu is fantastic and there are so many delicious entrees…we’ve decided to try something new the next time 🙂

Great place for those with dietary restrictions and health conscious. I love how they set up their menu with symbols for vegan, vegetarian and gluten free so you can easily identify and how protein is a choice to add to any dish giving us vegetarians way more choices! The food is yummy and comes out very fast. The atmosphere is lively and inviting. Staff is friendly. They do change some items according to the season. The tofu is bland and not appetizing. I wish they would offer more plant based protein in their dishes as most of them are not well balanced macro nutrient wise, just carb heavy.

The food was incredibly fresh and so flavorful! It was clear that the chefs put a lot of care and attention into sourcing the best ingredients and preparing them in a way that highlights their natural taste. My favorite dish was the revive bowl and the potato hash. The portion sizes were generous without being overwhelming, and I left feeling satisfied without feeling overly full. I also appreciate that the entire menu is gluten-free, as it can be difficult to find dining options that cater to those with dietary restrictions. We will definitely be back!

Before we even get to the food: the restaurant has beautiful decor, lively atmosphere, and incredibly nice wait staff. The menu is full of items that sound delicious. The kale lentil salad is super flavorful, the chicken was great and the veggies served with it would have been great on their own – delicious. The avocado mousse topped it off and ended the meal on a perfectly rich, creamy, and delicious high note.

This is by far my favorite restaurant in Austin. The service is outstanding and everyone is so positive. The staff seems like one big family. The food is to die for. You feel great after you eat, unlike other restaurants. It is so rare to find a place where you feel good after eating and you know you are eating high quality food. There is nothing not to like. The atmosphere on top of everything else is amazing. It is so relaxing and trendy. I also had the chance to talk to the owners and they are the sweetest most down to earth people. They truly care about their customers. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Last Sunday, I met a friend for lunch at noon at Local Foods located in downtown Austin, Texas.
He suggested Local Foods after visiting their Houston, Texas location, and I was excited to try a new spot in downtown Austin, my home.
I parked on the street since there is free parking all day Sunday; if you visit on other days, you can try to find meter parking or there are parking garages in the area.
At noon, the restaurant was only about half full, and there was no wait to order. I had read other reviews on Google Maps and seen that the chicken sandwich was highly recommended; however, the menu is extensive and includes many healthy options including salads.
For about $20, I ordered the chicken sandwich, which came with two market sides (I chose the homemade pickles and chips with Old Bay seasoning).
After ordering, we sat at our table and looked out the large windows at the pedestrian traffic in downtown Austin.
The chicken sandwich is not with a grilled or fried chicken breast but rather with sliced chicken, almost like deli meat, and comes on a pretzel bun. It was very satisfying.
If you are looking for a fast, easy and healthy eating option downtown, this is a good spot.

Great healthy option right in the heart of downtown Austin! Huge space with lots of options for seating both inside and outside, including on a Saturday afternoon for lunch (no reservations). Vegan Queso was SO good and the Chopped Green Salad was also delicious! Huge portions, I couldn’t even finish it all. Can’t wait to go back again! If you’re looking for something that’s both healthy and delicious this is the spot for you.

I was super excited to try out a new restaurant opening on 2nd St. and this place was under construction for a while. After lots of anticipation local foods opened as a sandwich shop and I couldn’t wait to try it out.
My meal turned out pretty good and the sides were different than I had seen at any other restaurants so that was pretty cool. They seemed to have a healthier take on sides and overall seem like their quality of food was pretty high. The sandwich I had here is pretty good, I’ve definitely had better but I was satisfied with it. I can’t recall exactly what I got for sides but they’re really good and definitely improve the over quality of the meal.
What was really great about this place was the abundance of seating and how new and large the space was. It was obviously very clean given it was brand new and definitely seem like a great place for lunch or getting some work done. The big open windows for being on the corner were a huge asset here and make this place really desirable spot to eat for environment. I’ll probably try it out again!

I felt that the dishes were worth the piece and they were a great mix of being unique and great tasting. I wish I could sit inside but I understand that every restaurant has its way of doing things.
Please clean the tables for your customers outside as it’s limited seating.
The parking is an issue and you want to keep your car in vision in the area.
Overall, it is a good place to pick up a quick lunch if you are in downtown!

A local friend sent me to Koriente, an Asian-inspired, no-frills shop on the edge of downtown. Since the building itself doesn't stick out, it's easy to miss unless you look on Yelp and see the 1,000+ reviews and 4.5 star rating.
I went for lunch on a Monday afternoon and walked right in. I ordered the milk tea boba and a rice bowl with egg and shrimp. It came with each component and sauce on it's own and I mixed it together. It was so flavorful! It also came with miso soup.
There are a few tables inside, but the back patio is where it's at. It's quintessential Austin with lights strung up and art on the walls.

Very nice spot for a quick lunch take out or delivery. It came in quite quick!
It is a very balanced and healthy Asian food option. The flavours are bland, but enjoyable if you’re on a healthy diet. Only thing is that the meat and vegetables side was a little saltier to my taste.

I enjoy their Mac and cheese as long as you add jalapeños (it’s nice that there is the option for fresh or grilled (IMO the grilled compliments the noodles better)). I do wish the noodles were a little less mushy and had some ridges or texture so they held the cheese better.
The staff is very kind every time I’ve been. I also haven’t had any problems with unreasonable wait times even when they were very busy.

It was the first vegan food truck that I have ever tried. I really like it. In terms of food it is 5/5, the problem was to wait for it.
First the queue was too big, and then, once I have ordered everything I needed to wait a lot. I think that if you chose a food truck you will wait a faster service.

Excellent açaí bowl!! Maybe the best I’ve had just about anywhere. The guy who runs it took his time describing everything. You build the base which is from several selections and go from there. He mentioned he sources his açaí from Brazil and it’s not made from juices which helps it not melt fast. Mine was absolutely delicious! Tasted almost like frozen yogurt. Well worth it!!

I loved the restaurant. It was very pretty and when we went on a Sunday around 11 am we were immediately seated. Chance was our server and he took care of the 6 or so tables that were there himself. We got a mimosa, red wine, a pot of tea(amazing) all the drinks were good. We got the sweet potato empanadas and the lemon poppy waffles to share. The waffles were only slightly warm when they got to the table and the sauce really didn’t add anything to the taste. The empanadas were amazingly savory and not at all what i expected. I also had the burger and fries which were delicious as well. Wasn’t a huge fan of the candied onions but they didn’t take away from the burger. Overall our visit was great for a first time visit. But it left nothing to be desired. Nothing was so good that I’d want to go again to have it. Service as first stated was amazing though!

Belse is a proper Vegan Restaurant. They have good Vegan food options, and really good service. Their drinks menu could have more options but their limeade and smoked sangria are really good. 5 times out of 10 our order is correct. We ordered today for lunch, they didn't include my chips which I'm sure I over payed for, my wrap tortilla was old, broke apart easily and hard on one end. My employee got a Bacon and cheddar melt, the bacon seemed like bacon bits, the cheese wasn't even melted. On line it shows grill marks on the outside, which this one was cold and apparently not pressed. This visit was just an all around bad experience. I don't not enjoy leaving bad feedbacks but after the 7th time having issues I just had to do this.

This review is tough the salad was great, but the atmosphere was terrible first you should never have molded cheese on the line and I understand it's a lunch rush relax let the customer look what they want on there salad there was three customers in front of me and I had to be on there back to see what I wanted and lastly most salad places mix ingredients not throw them on top. This store definitely needs more guidance especially being in downtown Dallas.

I ordered the create your own salad—with 6 toppings—not enough in the topping. Their own salad has more toppings. I also ordered the tofu wrap. A little dry and tasteless until I added the sesame ginger dressing—then the wrap was okay. The salad is way overpriced & their dressings are nothing special—for what it is—Jasons Deli has a better all you can eat salad for less money and you get to make it your self! Beyond friendly staff and the food is fast and tasty! It's one of a few places in downtown Dallas that has a great variety of soups. I've never been disappointed with the quality of their food. I typically order steamed pork dumplings and side salad with Asian ginger dressing and enjoy every bite. I do miss their frozen yogurt machine though! Worth the ride down the escalator in the Republic Center. FYI: there is no formal seating. You walk up and take the food with you. Plenty of seating down the hall!

Good food for people who's trying to eat a little healthier than usual. I didn't see anything unusual with the meat or anything really, as per previous reviews… granted I haven't tried their full menu yet but can tell that the chicken masala and pork dumplings were definitely fresh, healthy and taste was pretty good also! The only complain is that you could put more sauce and protein on the dish, it'll improve the service a lot!

Ordered from uber eats and thoroughly enjoyed everything. I think some people need to grow up. Health doesn’t always taste good like candy and grease and salt. I will be ordering again. Actually tastes really good in my opinion. Got the chicken rice veggie bowl, chicken wonton soup, chicken dumplings. Will order again!

Clearly I should have read the reviews before ordering! Ordered off of Uber eats and everything sounded/looked good, but we were super disappointed when it arrived. Food was bland, chicken was boiled, most of our bowls were just rice or noodles with very little sauce. Wouldn’t order again.

First time trying this restaurant as I just moved across the street about 2 weeks ago. 10/10 I ordered the Honey Pork Banh Mi, and it was so much food. It was very well presented, lots of vibrant colors and overall just delicious, but my favorite part of the experience was the wonderful service the lady in the front provided. She was such a kind an wonderful soul, she was even teaching me how to say thank you in Vietnamese. I will definitely be a returning customer till the day my lease expires. Thank y'all for being so amazing

I absolutely loved the flavours of the ginger soy tofu Banh Mi. The crispy baguette is the perfect vehicle for all the veggies and tofu. The fillings are very generous and its hard to bite into the sandwich without them spilling out ! (That is not a complaint !) Nammi is my first choice everytime I come to the market ! Great friendly service too !

So it's hard to rate this and if we had just purchasedthe sandwiches🥪 I wouldhave giventhem 4 stars🌟. Just taking one off for the way to expensive, for a take out, serve yourself, fast food place. I had the beef Pho and it had absolutely ZERO FLAVOR! It gets a complete zero stars. The broth had no flavor and both meats had no flavor. Even after adding the mint all i had was Hot Mint Water!! At $17 dollars and in the Farmer's Market Dallas I was expecting it to be wonderful for my first time!!! Well NOPE! The noodles were perfectly cook though. I brought it home and added my own concentrated beef flavor (Better Than) and that couldn't even save it. My chickens really enjoyed it! Hubby had the Bâhn Mí and I had a bite. It was awsome, full of flavor, fresh veggies, great sauces, but at $13 fo a 6-7 in sandwich 🥪 it was not worth buying again. If you have not had this type of food or are wanting to try Pho 🤔 I will say the Bánh Mí is fantastic and give it a try. We had the Jalapeño Beef!! While we were eating i noticed that pretty much it was the sandwiches that were being eaten and a few salads. Do not waste your money on the Pho. Find someplace with 5 stars 🌟 plus on just that alone.
$35 and change for 2 waters 💧 one sandwich 🥪 and a bowl 🥣 of not 👎good soup!

The meats here are so savory and delicious. Plenty of options and portions to fill you up. I recommend the wraps. Filling and full of flavor. For those looking for more of a kick in the mouth try the bowls. Tahini sauce all the way. Do what we did and get a couple different things and everyone try a little bit of every flavor because it is so good.

Nice place to grab a quick bite. We had Chicken Shawarma and falafel wrap, some fries and baklava. Everything was good. The place is actually located under other business and there are lots of options available, but we took this one because they have vegetarian options available, and it turned out a great decision. The service is super fast. You definitely recommend.

My office is downtown when I'm not working remote and this is definitely a favorite lunch spot. Always feel welcomed there, and the food is wonderful. Bowls can be a little on pricy side (understandable since they use fresh quality ingredients) loaded shawarma fries are about $10 and are filling as well as phenomenal. Outside dining area for the Exchange Hall is quite lovely.

Upscale with good service. The food is good but more toward the ordinary, not bursting with flavor. The ravioli had too much sauce but tasted pretty good. Hubby had the noodles and he wasn’t a huge fan. I’d recommend it to those who don’t want spicy and want more of a bland meal as to not upset their stomach. Please don’t take my review the wrong way. We are just two opinions. I fully support this restaurant and their style of cooking.

Best of the best! We absolutely loved this restaurant menu, taste, service and ambience. The plates offered here are absolutely unique and delicious. We loved the octopus dish, it’s full of different textures and flavors plus it is gigantic for a great prize. The mushroom tea was great, a bit sweet but also robust. We asked for more water while it’s midway so we extended the pleasure for the same price lol. The spring rolls were fine, big but nothing special. On the other hand, BEST SHRIMP EVER! It has the texture and taste of the best quality shrimp we have ever had, that really hooked us up.

REALLY good. While I wouldn’t say they’re necessarily Vietnamese cuisine & have more fusion dishes than anything, the Viet dishes they do offer are TASTY!!!! They have great flavors across all dishes (we tried about 14 different dishes.) Their pho has surprising savoriness & depth. If you’re looking to please all kinds of eaters (not just Vegan) this is a great place to go!
I’m still thinking about their calamari weeks later!

I am in LA for business and stumbled onto the Veggie Grill. It was a great decision to stop in for lunch and I will be back! I tried the house blackbean burger and lentil soup.
The burger was really good. The wheat bun overpowered the blackbean and mushroom patty a bite, but overall I was impressed. The lentil soup had great flavor and spice.
I love small local places that focus on a vegetarian menu. The Veggie Grill did not disappoint. If you are looking for a restaurant that caters to vegetarian and vegan food, you need to try the Veggie Grill.

Veggie grill is one of my favorite places to eat in Los Angeles. They never let me down. I ordered very late for pick up but they accommodated me and had the order hot and ready when we got there.
The cashier was a super friendly guy who joked and assisted us in such a fun and friendly manner.
I am vegan so of course this place had so much to choose from. I went with something new, the diablo quesadilla burger. It was such a new fun way to have a beyond burger. It is a cheese (vegan) quesadilla wrapped around a beyond burger with jalapenos, romaine lettuce, pisco add gallon and some special sauce on the side. When I tell you this was tasty… it had a lil kick to it from the jalapenos and it hit just right! Not too much heat, but just enough. I also had a side of fries, nothing is better than hot fries on the side lol.
For my dessert, I went with carrot cake. The fact that they perfected vegan carrot cake is worth every penny I spent. It was moist and delicious. Last but not least, I see they still arent doing the self serve drinks. I used to have a matcha horchata drink but havent seen that in a while. I settled on lemonade and was happy to discover its sugary sweet flavor. Very, very good meal.

It's an excellent experience if you come in with the right expectations. This is not a restaurant to go to and get a ton of food. This is a place to go to and have a unique experience and have a special night.
We got the ten ‘course' sampler for $65 each. I put ‘course' in quotes since one of the ‘courses' was a side of pickled vegetables and another was the miso soup. We were two people, so we got two of each sampling. The sample was literally one of the item, be it one piece of type of tempura, one piece of a type of sushi, etc. The moment you begin tasting the flavor, the item is already gone.
None of the dishes tasted amazing 8+/10. Many of them had very mild tastes. The best tasting dishes for us were the tempura and the miso soup.
So why am I rating this a 5? The dishes were unique, creative, nothing we'd seen anywhere else. The service was very polite. The presentation was great. The atmosphere was nice. It was a very special event for us, and exactly what we were looking for. We don't do this kind of stuff often, and maybe there are other similar places that are the same but taste better, but it was an experience that I'm happy I did, and I felt like I got what I expected.

Good concept, if it was executed well. Overall, I thought the meal was okay but quite overpriced for what you get.
We ordered 3 of their most popular rolls:
– Baked Crab Hand Roll: 1 order only came with 2 rolls so it came out to be $40 for 4 rolls. Truly not worth it for the cost. The hand roll was not bad but had too much vegenaise inside.
– Purple Treasure: Eggplant with miso glaze on top a carrot roll. I liked the flavor of the eggplant the most but thought it was too salty.
– Shojin Dynamite Roll: This is their #1 best seller and I’m struggling to see why. The excessive use of sauces once again perpetuated the feeling of “mushy” while eating.
Service was mediocre, though the ambiance is nice. Shojin has a long way to go to improve their dishes.

Hands down the best organic plant based vegan food in LA and you will be shocked when you taste how good it is because it is all raw! Everything is made in house! The ambiance is super chill and has plenty of seating with a really cool smoothie and juice bar. They have a large menu so everyone in your party should be able to find something, it ranges from burgers to salads to Mexican dishes and the best vegan ice cream and raw desserts. We stared out with the vegan sushi rolls. These are hands down the best rolls I have ever had. We started with the mango roll with cream cheese, then an egg roll, Royal with cheeseburger, then we finished with chocolate and strawberry ice cream scoops and a piece of strawberry cheesecake and a cinnamon roll to go. This place is some of the best food I have ever eaten and I felt really good after because of all the nutrient dense food. Will definitely go back!

Very pleasantly surprised. I'm not vegan, but my partner is and she's been wanting to try this place for some time now. She dragged me along and I reluctantly ordered the most “normal” sounding item on the menu, the pueblo wrap. It was phenomenal, particularly the smokey dipping sauce. I highly recommend it!

Inventive burgers! They have a fun variety of inventive burgers on the menu. We tried the impossible and thought it was not bad, not extraordinary either. It’s kinda plain but good if you’re planning to drink. They have a nice looking bar inside and the seating outside has a nice vibe. Service is not excellent, you go and order on the window and they don’t come to check on you but ok. Food arrived super quick, I don’t think it took them like 10 mins, so that was a great plus. Overall, it’s an interesting concept and menu. Good location as well.

The ‘If looks could kale’ burger is great! I had been a few times and didn’t think of the food much beyond decent and vegan, but the other night when I needed just that, I was pleasantly surprised by how good the burger is! The side salad is a decent size as well.
It’s cooked perfectly, the brioche bun is superb and clear effort is made to prepare it in a way that brings the whole sandwich together. F yeah.
The tachos are good, as expected, because fried potato plus nacho toppings is the new peanut butter and jelly.
Only slight criticism is the prices. I don’t partake in beer so maybe those prices make up for it? People do love their beer.

One of my favorite breakfast spots to go to in downtown LA. I love their breakfast menu and the tater tots were very crispy. I wasn’t expecting them to be crunchy because sometimes tater tots are soft or soggy. But I think vegan hooligans serves some of the best tots and bagel sandwiches!!!

I really liked Vegan Hooligans! It's located in an open concept food court with plenty of seating. I got carne asada fries, an Oreo shake and the 4/20 burrito (not pictured.) My favorite was the burrito but the shake was very tasty (not very thick, but the whipped cream was amazing and the flavor was incredible) and the fries were very tasty! I gave it a 4 because the fries were good but they weren't the best vegan fries I've ever had. I recommend trying though, it was very tasty!

I enjoy the shroomami warm bowl from Sweetgreen. I typically add blackened chicken for additional protein. Today, I was a couple of bites into my bowl when I realized there was absolutely no chicken. Mind you this is during my 30 minute work break, and I tried calling the location to figure out what my options are before I continue eating the bowl since they messed up my order. The phone line is an automated system that doesn’t even have an option to talk to someone in person or an option to let them know that they messed up your order. Very disappointed that I had to spend my entire break attempting to navigate their system. It’s been more than 15 minutes and still haven’t received a call.
Store manager – are you guys going to refund my additional charge for the chicken that was missing? What the hell?

I used to like this place but is getting worse every time I order my lunch here. First of all the portions are getting smaller and they just fill your bowl with leaves, if you want to actually feel the taste to anything else besides the greens (and the dressing) you need to add double portion of those items. If you order online, the order is never ready on time. You will have to wait min. 10-15 extra. And lastly, they don’t respect the instructions in the order, I asked for light dressing mixed into the salad, and I’ve got so heavy dressing that I couldn’t even enjoy the salad because of the strong vinegar taste plus, my salad wasn’t mixed. Not the first time happening..I’ll give it two stars for the old days when they used to be good but honestly, they should better increase the prices than sacrificing the quality .. I really struggled to eat the last time I ordered here..

My chemical bowlmance looks dark and odd, as it’s a blend of açai and activated charcoal, but it tastes like a strawberry/banana mix. The fruit is fresh and they aren’t shy about piling it on.
I love that there’s one price for each bowl and you can add more fruit for no extra cost. Make sure you get the nut butter mix on top, it’s worth the extra $1!

This place has the most amazing California burritos. Like it's mouth watering. It's my late night craving, I come here around midnight and there's always a line and lot of times I wait for 20 minutes but it's so worth it.
I don't know if it's the special mayo or the steak that's actually delicious lol or the fries. I think it's the combination of all that that makes it oh so so good.
It's only the second place downtown that I found so far that actually has great burritos. Kind of expensive though, 14 bucks with tax.

Light and delicious meals. My meal came out to $21-24(?) which was two sides, a protein and rice. I got the Mexican street corn and mash potatoes (very tasty) with the grilled chicken (tender but a bit bland) with the spicy piri sauce. The sauce brought everything together. I don’t remember the exact price as I paid with cash. I got their classic lemonade and it was very good. Definitely recommend giving this place a try.

But unless I was a tourist, I wouldn't go through the struggle to find parking (possibly paying a fee) just to eat or drink here repeatedly. There are however museums and other LA attractions within walking distance, so it wouldn't be hard to kill two birds with one stone.

Came here on a Saturday night. The vibes was like a bar. We ordered the Mediterranean fries (which are amazing). Servers and employees were nice. Would come again during the day.

Little surprise in Little Tokyo I'm glad we happened upon! Love the atmosphere, the vibes, and the offerings!! Probably one of the few places that even the bathroom has me taking pictures because of how much it rocks lol
Recommend stopping here for a bite or a drink. Good spots indoors and outdoors!

Prices are fair and the food is good! They have a couple of televisions for the local games for you to enjoy but not a total sports bar. It's more of a hanging out place. Beautiful outdoor seating, especially during these long summer days and nights! Check it out and see for yourself!

A true gem of wholesome eats in the heart of SoHo. I was shopping on a freezing day and needed a snack. I stumbled upon Le Botaniste and was pleasantly surprised by every single aspect of this spot. From the interior to staff to the food itself, it was a fantastic experience.
First off, the food looks incredible. All fresh, in colorful pots, all plant-based. Very affordable starters and dishes (my veggie balls were massive and only around $7 — comes with a large serving of hummus).
The interior was beautifully designed to look like an old apothecary vibe. Very pretty. There was an outlet which let me charge my phone.
I will be back to dinner.

Delicious and flavorful plant-based organic food! A variety of bowls, salad and soup, and dessert. We had Tibetan mama(curry), vegetable sushi rolls, botanical salad, all sooooo good! We feel recharged and energized after our lunch. Can't wait to return and try other items.

What a wonderful restaurant! So glad to have found this gem for unconventional brunch. The mains are all bowls with soup, curry, etc. shared the curry and Tibetan mama and they both were excellent. The server was incredibly helpful and gave great advice. Topped it off with a brownie that was The healthiest brownie I’ve ever eaten, and also among the most flavorful!
Will definitely return to try some of their other excellent options as well as their cocktails.

Great service and the food is great. We even got the sushi take out. Check out the Purple Rice Yogurt. It's tasty and also great for the blood sugar levels. The place is small but if you don't mind being tight and cozy then it is your place. There is also a enclosed space upstairs by the sidewalk if it is too cozy in the basement. Definitely worth it to try out. Be mindful, there is no meat here…

My sister and I came here for a weeknight dinner, and the service and food were both phenomenal. We ordered like half of the menu, but our server was super attentive, food came out very quickly, and everything was super tasty. It can sometimes be difficult to find good vegetarian options in Chinatown, but this did not disappoint and I will definitely be back!

One out the newer veg restaurant in the neighborhood; restaurant staffs are certainly very amiable. The menu isn't crazy large but a wide selection. My gf and I certainly enjoyed dining here but found bit of inconsistency (saltiness and quality) across different visits. Such as some of the sushi roll falls apart really easily.

Good food and reasonable price. The ambiance can be improved just by updating the AC unit and storing away supplies that are very visible. The place can attract many more ppl with the quality of the food and it’s concept as a vegan place.

Visited the place for dinner. Got the Steamed Dumplings, Hot & Sour Soup and the House Bibimbap. The house bibimbap was the highlight of our experience. The veggies they use are pretty fresh and tasty! However I really do wish the sauces left a better taste in my mouth. The hot and sour soup was also decent and was served in a big bowl that was shared by two people. The steamed dumplings aren’t the best around and I’ve tasted much better in other vegan places within a mile radius. This could be skipped. However we did hear that the highlight in this place was the Black Pepper Seitan, which we did not try.
To sum it up, this place definitely is worth a try but emphasizes on Quantity over Quality.

The “Tin Building,” which was once part of NYC's Fulton Fish Market, located at the South Street Seaport, has been converted into a food emporium and is now open. There are many interesting restaurants, a food market, bars and it's located on the water.
We began walking through the emporium and were soon tempted to try one of its many restaurants. We decided on Seeds and Weeds, where we shared Charcoal Grilled Brussels Sprouts made with yuba, pickled apple and black garlic. The flavors were sensational; a memorable dish.
And a bonus….try to get a seat a near where you have a view of the East River. Looking forward to revisiting.

Vegan restaurant but one dish has egg in it. Food is interesting and tasty. They say the dishes are small and recommended 3 dishes per person but we’re fine with 4 dishes, but I could see many people wanting more. Vibes: full of plants and wood interiors. Service was excellent. Server gave recommendations and seems engaged. Also, I had a small water cup but they were attentive and they usually came to refill before I ran dry. The tin building is very polished, worth checking out

Every dish was delectable and fascinating! Our family of 4 (2 of us vegan) came here for dinner and not only did we have a lovely experience with very friendly service, but we also ate some of the freshest and most interesting dishes we've had this year! With every bite we were pleasantly surprised in some way, as though there was another level that couldn't have been revealed by the words on the menu, but only by the taste on our tongues. Would absolutely come again!!

It was my first time eating vegetarian Asian food and I was really impressed with the quality. I got the Buddha Bean Curd Roll (the outer wrapping had a bite to it, similar to cabbage rolls) and the BBQ Vegetarian Meat Bun. The rolls had a nice savory and slightly sweet sauce, and the buns were very soft with a very sweet savory filling (some flavors in it of black sesame paste). The prices are quite logical too!

Note that dimsum is only served until 4pm.
The menu is so diverse and there are so many options. My favorite was the duck and stuffed bread (I believe it was in the appetizer section).
I also ordered the ribs in black bean sauce and was really disappointed. The texture was weird and flavor bland.
The tea is amazing!
Aside from the ribs that I described earlier, I loved everything, and definitely recommend it.
It's pricey for dinner. Lunchtime is cheaper.

Great imitation meat! The sesame chicken was delicious as were the dim sum appetizers. Would recommend staying away from the vegetable options (mapo tofu was a little bland and I would have replaced eggplants with an imitation meat option)

Cool, simple, and fresh feels! The waiting is not too bad. The workers are slightly present.
Pros: Fresh juices and a wideeee set of drink options. All of the food tasted freshly made.
Cons: Once seated it took a while to order drinks. The specialty bakery goods have a unique flavors but are a bit tough and dry. Ran out of cups but not a crime. Overpriced. They charged $2 extra each for the sauce and avocado. The Table server was rarely there to place order or pay the bill.
Overall this is a great place to catch up with friends or enjoy a solo meal with time to kill and don't need a server.

I enjoyed my meal at The Butcher’s Daughter. I was surprised that this place catered to vegans and vegetarians. The setup is so cute! We were greeted at the door by a gentleman who asked for our vaccination cards and ID (love it, safety first). We sat down in the corner and the service was super fast. We ordered the pancakes and the country breakfast. The pancakes are amazing and tasted “healthy”. My country breakfast had the best impossible sausage as well as an amazing tofu scramble. I love that we had that option! We had the cardamom chai and it was fresh and so cute with the Mickey Mouse! Although this place is not cheap, I enjoyed the vibe and the food is delicious. The staff was nice and the establishment was clean. Tables were being disinfected as soon as people left and that made me really happy. Thank you for the great visit!

Overall it’s okay. Definitely over hyped. Pasta was best thing on the menu. Smoothie was bad because it was very warm. Crab cakes are definitely worth a try. Harvest bowl is okay but chickpeas were burnt so badly that the consistency of that of a hard pebble. If you don’t add the avocado and impossible meat it’s not worth it because it’s just quinoa. Tables are all wobbly. Service is bad, host was super rude and snooty. No Apple Pay.

My wife and I walked in to Bodhi on a Monday afternoon around 1 to a relatively quite restaurant to try out some vegan Chinese food. We were seated right away and given 4 different menus, one where you could simply mark your Dim Sum order.
We ordered Steamed Curry Dumpling ($4.75), Steamed Veg Shrimp Dumpling ($4.75), and BBQ Veg Meat ($8.75) – all were amazing especially the BBQ Veg Meat where they somehow managed to give, what we felt Tofu Skin, a very roasted duck kind of a taste. The Veg Shrimp dumpling also had that “fishy” taste, with no animal protein what so ever!
For mains, we ordered from their Lunch Special menu and got Chicken Lo Mein Fun ($8.50) with Hot and Sour Soup, and also ordered Lamb in Garlic Sauce with Spring Roll as our side. Both were excellent and the “Chicken” in our Lo Mein which was fried Tofu, was the best Tofu we ever tasted. So flavorful and for a change, Tofu did not feel like consuming cardboard! The Lamb too was excellent where lamb pieces I think were replicated by Soy and the sauce was very flavorful.
Service was excellent, food arrived quickly, and probably one of the most reasonably priced Vegetarian restaurant I have been to in Manhattan. Will definitely visit again with friends and family and will also highly recommend this place for Vegetarians, recently converted vegetarians, and vegans!

Good variety of creative and tasty salad bowls. Also has seasonal menu. The side options were filling and yummy. The only pity is the server was too lazy to check the binder for ingredients list; he could not confirm if they use refined sugar in the food and my husband is allergic to refined sugar so he could not have anything. We recently went to the West Village location and the lady there was so patient and checked the binder to know which salads are refined sugar free (FYI only burrata salad has refined sugar)

A GREAT vegan Asian restaurant in Chinatown. A tiny hole in the wall with oftentimes a line out the door. Very clean and modern. Full of white customers. I had the beef / tofu skin burger. Spring cafe: Chinatown
A vegetarian choice and Tofu lover.
I got a lunch box from Spring cafe. I’m not Vegetarian but I believe once awhile you wanna have a lot of vegetable, and tofu because you are sick of meat, aren’t you?
My Lunch had Black tofu steak, and tofu spicy curry, with broccoli on side. It’s very simple, and taste not too bad. Tofu steak was so so. But I liked the soft tofu in spicy curry. The texture of Tofu was very chewy.
All of this with one water bottle. It’s a steal. Spring cafe was good place. Recommended!

Jisu Vegetarian is a casual Chinese restaurant that serves a menu of vegetarian and vegan rice and noodle dishes. it is a medium-sized space with several tables with a modern relaxed Asian vibe. business seems to be mostly takeout and delivery.
the menu is fairly large with a familiar Chinese dishes that are meatless. stopped here to grab some lunch. wanted something savory but not super heavy so i went with the vegan chicken & broccoli over rice. it was a satisfying flavorful lunch. nothing fancy. the mix of seasoning + flavors was great. the faux chicken was good and worked well and soaked up the flavors nicely. as a casual lunch option, Jisu works well. Vegan Chicken with Broccoli Lunch Special. $8.99 + tax + tip
staff was fine and the food was packed up neatly.

We really enjoyed the special hot pot. On a cold winter day it was perfect. It came piping hot and instantly warmed us up. It had a variety of mushrooms, vegetables and vegan seafood/ meat. The size was huge too. My husband also has the scallop with fish option from the right immortals meal which was lovely. He can't consume refined sugar due to health reasons and the options here are mostly without sugar which is rare for Asian food. It felt like clean eating and felt rejuvenated. The ambiance was also relaxing and restaurant is very clean. Owner was passionate about healthy eating and checked on us during the meal. Highly recommend.

This is a great vegetarian restaurant if you are looking for somewhere affordable that has variety and is accommodating for larger groups. I’ve been here twice and and each time i had dim sum with at least 6 people. The only con is that the menu is not very descriptive and lacks pictures. The waiters do not always announce the name of each dish placed on the table, so I’m always a bit confused by which dish I’m eating. But this shouldn’t discourage you from visiting because most of the dishes are very tasty and you’ll want to order seconds!
I highly recommend the Buddha bean curd rolls (which kind of remind me of egg foo young) and the spring rolls. I also enjoyed the turnip cakes but some folks in my group disliked the gelatin texture. The rice flour rolls are also tasty but with an acquired texture. I only give 4 stars because there is nothing from the menu tasty enough for me to go out of my way for a visit. But the dim sum menu has a lot of solid options and the place is worth visiting if you happen to be in Chinatown or want to gather with a large group.

This place has been hit by the current environment. It's not like it used to be. The dishes look the same but now lack flavor due to the use of some frozen ingredients. They do have a large menu with many dishes. It's all vegetarian plus many items that might appeal to the rest of your group. I ordered some spring rolls, wonton soup, crispy stir fried noodles with curd and eggplant on spicy black bean sauce. Hopefully when things improve they go back to their regular form.

In from out of town and so glad we found this place. I find the bad reviews interesting, as some of them come from ignorance of the cuisine, and some just expecting a five star experience from a hole in the wall dim sum joint. The food was great. Generous portions and flavorful falafel in many shapes and sizes. Spicy, spinach, and regular – all worth a try. Added bonus is the whole pita, not something you find in every Mediterranean restaurant. Seats a bit eclectic – and the chickpea tables inside may not be for everyone, but the food shines through!

Always want to try sweetgreen. Got here during the peak hour, so I saw the sign that you could download app to order and skip the line. And I saw if you download the app you will get a 5$ credit for your order. I did that and place the order than found out that you have to use the app and scan to pay to get the 5 credit, which was not making sense and I’m not happy about it. Anyway, I should have read the sign more carefully so I would get trick by that. I waited 10 minutes because the app show my bowl was still preparing. But by the time, there were no customer in the store, so I went to pick up area and found my bowel surprisingly. There was obviously a confusion and perhaps misinformation from the app or perhaps there were not connected at all. After finishing my dinner, my app told me that my order was ready to pick up. The food was good and delicious but the overall experience was very confused and not pleasant.

Divided to get it after a couple of years and not worth it. Got a salad. Ended up being $18.00
Did the build your own.
Explained half of the premium toppings which is half of the items.
Got majority of basics -where they put barely any ingredients on you salad. And the chicken was barely even a full scoop.
Got topping of Parmesan crisps which ended up being extra – which was not told untill payment of salad. – when asked they told me the toppings are listed in the beginning of the line.
Never paid this much for a such a small salad – absolutely not worth going here at all.

I went today and the guys that served me were very kind. I had the magic blue smoothie bowl with protein and the flavor was good. The price higher than expected considering the size of the bowl, for the $10 price I thought that the bowl would be medium or a larger size but this one was definitely a small size bowl.
Feedback for the place & read this before coming to this place to keep in mind, hope it helps 🤍
❌Cons:
• Lack of presentation !!!! You need to make your bowls look good not just throw the toppings. The flavor is good and I know you just eat it but it is very important for a business to keep high standards so when the people search on the maps and see the pictures makes them wanna come here and try the bowls! That’s one of the first things I consider when I’m looking for a place to eat bc you cannot taste it but you can see the food in a picture.
• This location smelled funny (not good) idk if it’s like that in the other ones but you should look into that bc it wasn’t pleasant to go in and smells like dirty wet mop.
• Small size for the price, that makes it look like the place is expensive considering is a small size for $10. If you make the size fair according to the price you won’t be getting bad reviews. I don’t mind expending certain amount of money if it feels fair with what I’m getting.
✅Pros:
• Quality & healthy ingredients
• Good flavor
• Kind people
• Well design place
• They don’t give plastic bags. I like that they give you a bag that you can reuse for groceries or other things.

My fiancé and I had a really good experience here. We were looking for a snack to share that was gluten free and he found Juice Press. We ordered a pitaya bowl with frozen blueberries, coconut and goji berries. It was really really good. The person who made our bowl was super friendly and enhanced our experience. I’m really glad he found this place and we stopped by!

It is a little hidden behind construction fences, looks small from the outside but is big from inside. On the right side many fridges with delicous treats and things to take home. At the end of it is the kitchen and counter to order and pay. There are tables to seat and eat ornalso to take away in a nice bag. Had an açaí bowl and a smoothie. Both were delicious. I recommend it for to take a away when in downtown or to eat in peac from all the stress.

This is my go to lunch spot at least three out of five days a week.
Just salad has great food but this particular venue has the most amazing service. Everything is fresh and on point.
The staff goes above and beyond to meet customers expectations and manager Yelissa has the most impressive and unique way to lead this dynamic team.
They just get it right every time.
Great job guys!

Got this meal through meal pal. The staff was so nice and helpful ! They let me warm up the food there and even let me try the roasted tomato truffle soup (AMAZING) can’t wait go get it on a cold day. The steak lunch meal was good, a hearty balance of vegetables, definitely a portion of only what you need, not over indulgent. But the food was good and tasty!

Today was my first time here. The place is very clean and modern looking and the staff was very kind and nice. I got the chicken teriyaki with brown rice and broccoli. The rice just tasted watery and lacked texture. The chicken breast had an odd texture like it was a bit undercooked or marinated for an extended time. The teriyaki sauce was very salty and thick. The broccoli was steamed or blanched well and was the best part of the meal. For the price ($14) it didn't feel like I got what I paid for. With each bite, the chicken and rice became more off-putting. Ended up tossing about half the meal away.

Miso Tofu Stir Fry was amazing. Tender fresh vegetables, fresh brown rice and flavorful tofu. Didn’t expect it to be this good. They heat it up for you right in the store using a high pressured convection oven. Recommended.
